As Client Manager at Luminary Bank, you'll be the cornerstone of our client relationships, acting as the primary contact throughout the entire client lifecycle. This role goes beyond account management—you're a strategic partner who understands client needs, aligns tailored solutions, and ensures consistently excellent service delivery.
You'll work with institutional clients in fintech, payments, and digital banking, building trust through deep understanding of their business models and financial requirements. Your ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage complex onboarding processes will be crucial to your success.
